Lasagna -
Our special that always pleases.
Delicious and homemade meat with Italian
sausage and/or
vegetable with artichokes,
roasted vegetables and baby spinach.
Served with a roasted garlic marinara sauce.
This is a crowd pleaser.
This is the base entrée.
You can make the following
changes or additions to the lasagna entrée.
Roasted Chicken
- with
garlic or lemon pepper
Slow roasted over charcoal
until succulent and tender,
with either garlic most (specialty) or lemon pepper seasoning.
California Tri-Tip
Slow roasted, marinated with a mix of
international seasonings,
served with a seasoned Au jus or creamed horseradish sauce. Add $4.00 to Base price
Prather Ranch
Top Sirloin
Nicely seasoned to enhance the great
flavor of this meat, then grilled.

Chilled Salmon
Lightly seasoned in a lemon bath, grilled,
then topped with a cucumber dill dressing.
This is marinated overnight and served
chilled.
This can also compliment the chicken or tri-tip entrees.

Parchment Salmon
Lightly seasoned and pouched in parchment
paper.
Then topped with a Greek style topping of kalamata olives, feta, vine ripened tomatoes and lightly steamed chopped spinach. Add $5.00 to Base price
Pineapple/Mango Salmon
Specially seasoned with fresh garlic,
lemon and baked.
This can also be served with sautéed
tofu (vegetarian/vegan) .
Served with a freshly prepared pineapple, mango, and red pepper salsa.

Grilled Pork
Tenderloin Medallions
Garlic marinated medallions grilled to
perfection, then topped with a grilled Pineapple ring.

A mix of baby greens and romaine topped with
black olives, garbanzo beans, red onion and garnished with beautiful red beets. Served with Balsamic vinaigrette or Ranch dressing. Choose One
